Wow "amazing" is the next single. they have cover art out for "nightmare" which makes you think that could be on the way. I know he wants to use "paranoid" and "robocop" for a summer anthem. That's like a possible 7 videos for 808's. Either way cool effects. I bet they wanted to keep this until right around the time Cudi's album was going to drop to give him a little more hype then.

New Star Wars Figures for 09 from this weekends Toyfare

Tons of good stuff on the way this year. Hopefully they have a price drop before most of this hits though. Highlights for me were darth krayt finally! a new clonewars bounty hunter. The big turbo tank, though i still need the at-te. the build a droid of HK-47 from the knights of the old republic game. And a mail away woo!! love those. The qui-gon is alright, but the eopie is what's really cool. Some other cool stuff like a ton of clonewars characters. The worst of the worst news is that the mighty muggs, my favorite of all collectibles right now, are going to become a toyrus exclusive.

NBA Dunk Contest 2009

Once again the dunk contest was a bit of a disappointment. They need to do something to spice it up. anyways a few kinda cool things. Dwight Howard Superman shoes. Using a phone booth. Nate Robinson being Lex Luther to counter Howards Superman, and leap over him. Howard had some cool dunks he just made em look to easy. They say LeBron is gonna be in it for the first time next year so hopefully he can bring something to it.

Stephen King On 'Twilight' Author: 'Stephenie Meyer Can't Write Worth A Darn'

Ha! not a king or meyers reader but i found this interesting.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Stephen King's opinion may drive a stake through the heart of "Twilight" author, Stephenie Meyer.

In an interview with USA Weekend, the bestselling author compared Meyer with J.K. Rowling , the author of the Harry Potter series.

According to Stephen, "Both Rowling and Meyer, they're speaking directly to young people... The real difference is that Jo Rowling is a terrific writer and Stephenie Meyer can't write worth a darn. She's not very good."

While Stephen may not be a fan of Stephenie's writing, he understands the appeal of the series.

"People are attracted by the stories, by the pace and in the case of Stephenie Meyer, it's very clear that she's writing to a whole generation of girls and opening up kind of a safe joining of love and sex in those books. It's exciting and it's thrilling and it's not particularly threatening because it's not overtly sexual."

He further explains, "A lot of the physical side of it is conveyed in things like the vampire will touch her forearm or run a hand over skin, and she just flushes all hot and cold. And for girls, that's a shorthand for all the feelings that they're not ready to deal with yet."

Heroes: New Volume Fugitives Chapter 1 Thoughts

Pretty good opening for the new season. Last volume got really disappointing after such a awesome first episode, so i guess be wary for now. Funny to see how Ando and Hiro ended up, i liked how ando used the ando-cycle to pick up girls :P The most awesome scene of the episode though was when they tried to set up sylar and he took out all the guards. The end plane scene was quite cool too. I do have faith this season will be good since they were under such criticism for villains.

The Office After Superbowl 1 hour episode "Stress Relief " Thoughts

cool to have a new episode right after the super bowl too bad for me i think it was my least favorite episode ever. If not it's in the bottom 5 for sure. In the discussion this week we talked about this episode getting the show new viewers and i don't think that happened. It was kind of interesting how they handled the big guest stars. I think it worked well for the show, but it was almost like a joke on those people who tuned in to see those stars.

The Michael roast was really uncool. not funny. alot meaner then i think the characters are. Although it was awkward which i normally love, it didn't play out right.

I did have a few laughs like andy misunderstanding what jim and pam were talking about.

well another one in a few days, i'm sure they will rebound kind of a big spoiler for the next episode though. they didn't need to give that away.

on a side note it was cool to see the promo for the pohler show. parks are rec? hmmm......guess it's gonna replace kath and kim. hope it's good.

Steelers win superbowl

Yeah my pic isn't fitting for the winners, but the fitz touchdown is what had me jump up. After the 100 yd int return at the half it looked pretty bad. Toward the end of of the 3rd quarter it looked like it was all steelers. The end of the game really made it a great game. The safety, The big Fitz TD, then the responding holmes game winner. Just as exciting as last year.

I called the score, just had the cards on top.

Well seasons over. everyones 0-0 New bronc's coach, hopefully a new defense. Here's to the bronc's next season :)

LOST season 5 premiere "Because You Left" and "The Lie" Thoughts

wooo!! :) cool stuff. Lot of stuff to process, but man it's so cool how they are able to pull off such cool, and at least for me unexpected things that really work it putting things together.

I thought they had the thing going of a new character during the first episode of a new season. I guess candle/haliwax counts cause he's only been in videos before ummm right?

That was really cool how they were moving back and forth through time. I'm guessing the people that were attacking sawyer and juliet were in the past.

wow Ana Lucia really surprised me. That's a character i didn't expect to see again even as a dead person. pretty cool.

and ha Frogurt. I was just thinking huh i guess that's weird your gonna see him more in the background and he gets fire arrowed. I guess that was those guys that attack sawyer and Juliet?

One of the last scenes it was cool to see that one lady again that appeared in that Desmond episode. She is like a keeper of time. Using that computer like in the hatch and the cool pendulum. I guess that's a map of time. For a second there i thought she was Faraday's mom that Desmond was supposed to find. eh maybe she is. lol

ummm. yeah. lol. fun stuff. I'm glad it's back :)
